I had the pleasure of creating music for a string quartet for the first time in my school's annual class.
It was a very extravagant event where I got to write the unfamiliar score and have them actually play it.
I've done this several times before, and I also wrote a string piece to accompany the movie "Viral Dead" that I blogged about the other day.
It was my first time to do this, and although it was a bit of a rush and caused some trouble for the performers, I think I was able to create a very good piece.
The title of the song is "Hakubo".
I wrote this song while thinking about the scenery at dusk and the dinner on the table.
I've posted the full version on Instagram for you to listen to!
